What is a Super Speeder in Georgia?

Georgia is a great place to hit the road, and thousands are driving cars or trucks on the roads of the Peach State every day. The roads are safe most of the time, but accidents can happen, and occasionally they can cause serious damage, severe injury or even death to drivers, passengers and pedestrians.

Tiered driving system gives teens experience behind the wheel

One of the milestones that many teens look forward to is getting their driver's license. In Georgia, there is a tiered system in place for people who are 15 to 18 years old. This was instituted in an effort to cut back on the number of accidents caused by this age group. By using the three-tier system, new drivers have a chance to gain experience that can benefit them.

You may not have to give up your license after a DUI arrest

Other than potentially facing criminal penalties after a DUI arrest, many Georgia residents fear losing their driver's licenses. This administrative penalty may be more crippling to an individual since, without transportation, it becomes a challenge to get to work, run errands and otherwise care for a family.
